We are happy to announce that 60 delegates from low income countries will be granted a reduced fee to the congress. They are offered on a first come first serve basis. Registration fee assistance grants are sponsored by Gilead Sciences to support and encourage scientists.

Deadline for pre-registration is May 26, 2015. All fees are indicated in EUR, incl. VAT. Registration on site is possible during the entire congress within the opening hours of the registration counter. Registration and services booked can only be confirmed after receipt of full prepayment or valid credit card details. 

Cancellation Policy 

In case of cancellation of participation until April 30, 2015 registration fees will be refunded deducting a handling fee of € 35 per person. The registration is nonrefundable after that date. Name changes will be charged with € 16 per registration. In case of any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when returning your registration form. For the rewriting of invoices € 16 will be charged. 

Method of Payment 

Payments should be made 

  • by credit card (American Express, Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa). 
  • by direct debits order via German bank accounts only. 
  • in cash or by credit card on site. 

Letter of Invitation 

Those persons needing an official invitation letter in order to attend the congress may contact the scientific secretariat: isvhld-secretariat(at) specifying the necessary details. This service is designed only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the congress. The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendee. 

Visa Requirements 

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. 

The organizers will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
